Join the TeesDance Team
TeesDance is entering an exciting new chapter. Having recently become a registered charity, we are growing our core team to support the next phase of our work across the Tees Valley.
We are recruiting two new part-time roles to work closely with our Founder/CEO and Board. These roles sit at the heart of our organisation and will help shape how we work with communities, artists and partners — strengthening participation, visibility and impact across the region.
We are a small, values-led organisation and care deeply about how we work as well as what we deliver. We welcome applications from people who are collaborative, reflective, organised and excited by place-based, community-rooted work.

Marketing & Impact Lead

The Marketing & Impact Lead will shape how TeesDance communicates its work, values and impact — including leading the development and delivery of our Dance Belongs Here campaign.
You will lead on marketing, communications, data and evaluation, ensuring our programmes, people and partnerships are visible, celebrated and understood. This role is central to telling TeesDance’s story ethically and creatively, supporting fundraising, partnerships and advocacy through clear, compelling and care-led communication.
