MoveForYou is a new weekly movement class designed to give you exactly what it says on the tin: an hour that's all yours. A gentle, feel-good movement session for adults. It's low-pressure, completely welcoming, and adaptable to whatever your body needs on the day. Sessions are suitable for anyone who wants to move more — whether you're looking for something gentle after a long day, something social in your week, or something that simply makes you feel a bit more like yourself. MoveForYou is also adaptable for pregnancy, and our practitioner is experienced in supporting movement during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. If you're expecting or recently had a baby, you're very welcome.
What will the sessions involve?
Expect gentle movement to music, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and a space where there is absolutely no pressure to perform. You go at your own pace. You do what feels right for your body. Our facilitator is warm, welcoming, and experienced — so first-timers are completely at home from the start.
