We are TeesDance.

TeesDance is the Tees Valley's dance development organisation. We bring high-quality, care-led dance to the people and places that need it most - community venues, family hubs, youth settings and public spaces across the region. 

We're not a dance school. We're the organisation building the infrastructure for dance to belong here - to the Tees Valley, its people and its communities. 

We work with funders, local authorities, health partners and venues to deliver programmes that measurably improve wellbeing, belonging, confidence and social connection. 

What we’re delivering right now.

MoveForYou - dance and social sessions for over 50s.

📍Boosbeck Village Hall - Mondays, 10am 

📍Skelton Youth & Community Centre - Mondays, 12:30pm 

📍Langdon Square Community Centre - Fridays, 11am 

📍The Loftus Club - Thursdays, 10am (starting 4th June)
